The colour is golden yellow, cloudy. The bouquet is extremely complex. The wine combines the aromas of dried flowers, herbs and spices, mature and dried fruit and honey. A gentle, medium-bodied wine with just enough freshness. Highly mineral, harmonious and elegant.

Winery Notes

Guerila vinery and vineyards are located on Planina. A sunny hill in Vipavska dolina region on an altitude between 250 -450 meters above sea level. On 20 hectars of vineyards we work in full respect of nature. In the vineyards and in the cellar biodynamic practices are the rule.

No chemical product is used in the vineyards and in the cellar. Biodynamic compost and biodynamic preparants are used to increase the natural resistance of the plants. All the fermentations are spontaneous and all wines are unfined and unfiltered. At bottling only minimal quantity of sulfites is added to the wines if needed and nothing else. We declare exact total level of sulfites on each wine. Zmagoslav Petrič, born in 1956. He inherited the family vineyards from his father. In the year 2000 new vineyards are planted and the first wines are bottled. In 2005 the estate got the name Guerila.  Organic agriculture has been practiced since beginning. In 2011, Zmago attended his first course in biodynamics, which made a strong impact on him. Since then at Guerila, everything has changed. Guerila biodynamic wines are born.
