Tasting Notes

A classic Turkish blend that gives more structure and complexity. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. Bright gold colour. Complex nose of citrus with hints of white flowers and herbs. Quite bold and dense with a lot of freshness. Creamy and layered in the mouth with flavours of pome fruits (pear, quince), lemon, some tropical notes (pineapple) and vanilla. Persistent after-taste. A good wine to pair with wild white fish or grilled poultry. Some seafood as well.
