Aromas of sliced lemons, yellow apples, passion fruit coulis, sea spray and white pepper. The palate is light-bodied with underlying generosity and bright acidity, giving notes of Asian pears, fresh quince and minerals. Great balance and purity.

All varietal aged in 32% new oak, the 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Lillie is medium gold-hued with classy, Bordeaux Blanc-like notes of honeyed lemon, melon, and crushed stone minerality. It's nicely balanced, medium-bodied, has bright acidity, and a great, almost salty finish. It's beautifully done and will shine on the dinner table any time over the coming 10-12 years.
