Wine Notes

A more complex and spicier nose reflects noes of red cherry, plum and a floral hint. Here too the appealingly textured middleweight flavors are easy-going but offer better depth and a subtle minerality on the clean finale where a hint of acid tang appears. Even so, there’s a bit more here and overall, this is the more interesting wine.

Typical pure, if pale, pink-red. There is some light, fresh fruit on the nose, redcurrant and raspberry. The fruit on the palate is crisp, with fair energy if not especially concentrated. The wine does demonstrate the precision of the vintage. Drink from 2025-2027. Tasted: November 2023.
