93pts Wine Enthusiast

From one of the denomination's most iconic winemakers, this single vineyard sparkler shows the serious side of Valdobbiadene. Opening with delicate scents of white spring flowers and white stone fruit, it's the elegant, understated palate that is the showstopper, delivering creamy white peach, ripe green apple and a hint of lemon drop alongside an extremely refined perlage. Delicious.

91pts James Suckling

A fresh and zingy Prosecco with attractive fresh green apples, limes, nectarines and minerals on the nose. Pure and creamy with a pleasant expression of green apples on the palate. An excellent Prosecco to enjoy now.

90pts Vinous

The 2021 Prosecco Superiore Vigneto della Riva di San Floriano comes to life slowly in the glass. Swirling unlocks apple cider and spice nuances. It's silky and elegant in feel as a gentle bead of bubbles smooths over the palate. Hints of lemon oil and pretty inner florals linger as this delicate yet fully satisfying Valdobbiadene Prosecco slowly fades.

Wine Spectator

A well-spiced version, with the satiny mousse and lightly mouthwatering acidity framing notes of ripe Asian pear and star fruit and hints of magnolia blossoms and candied lime zest. Well-knit and graceful, with a lively finish. Drink now. 2,000 cases made, 200 cases imported.

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

True to the Brut philosophy, this wine offers a steely, tonic mouthfeel and a mostly neutral bouquet. The Nino Franco 2021 Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Vigneto della Riva di San Floriano Brut shows white flower and citrus, but the real action here is the tight delivery of its beading. You get distant hints of wild sage and crushed stone on the close. This is a 12,000-bottle release.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow in color, it reveals delicate notes of peach, rose and wisteria wrapped in a delicate floral bouquet. Good basic acidity and rich taste typical of hill Prosecco in which peach, pear and nuances of fresh fruit emerge. Fine and persistent perlage.

To be consumed throughout the meal. Ideal with aperitifs and appetizers, it excels with first and second courses based on fish and white meat.

Vineyard Notes

Prosecco from a single parcel from the Riva di san Floriano vineyard, in the municipality of Valdobbiadene. The rows grow on the steep slopes that require hard manual labor and constant presences in the field. A sparkling wine with a strong and elegant character, deeply identifying, a true sone of the "rive", where the vine, stressed by difficult soil conditions, yield its best fruits.

Blend: 100% Glera from the Riva di San Floriano vineyard in Valdobbiadene
