Winemaker Notes

Chichée is on a plateau near the 1er Cru Vaucoupin vineyard. Vinified and aged in tank with a resulting wine that is savory, taut, and mineral. A cuvee from Patrick Piuze that comes from a parcel that touches 1er Cru Butteaux. Fermented and aged 60% in barrel and 40% in tank.
