Winemaker Notes

This white Sancerre comes from vines cultivated on limestone soils. It is a light wine which is drunk young and which accompanies cold fish, oysters, shellfish as well as Crottin de Chavignol. Chalk, freshly cut grass, lemon, mineral notes, orchard fruits.
