Tasting Notes

Peach, melon and apple tart characters open up to a lovely silky mid-palate. The finish is lengthy and complex. Layers of jasmine, honeysuckle, ruby grapefruit and lime play perfectly with the oak and malo-lactic influences. This is a complex and remarkably ageable Sauvignon Blanc that can be enjoyed now through 2027 and beyond.

Winemaker Notes

This is our first vintage of Reserve Sauvignon Blanc that is "topless". We've removed the foils from all of our bottles, keeping more than 1 million foils a year from ending up in the landfill.
