Aromas of ripe white stone fruit, hay and spring blossoms form the nose on this medium-bodied white. On the savory palate, tangy acidity and baking spice accompany ripe pear and Rennet apple before closing on a hint of white almond.

The 2019 Pinot Grigio pleases with a sweet mix of white flowers and crushed apple offset by hints of zesty lime. It’s luxuriously soft and round yet well-balanced by stimulating acids and minerals, while leaning more toward the tropical fruit spectrum. Clean, poised yet long, this tapers off with a hint of banana and yellow citrus. It’s a wonderfully characterful and textural Pinot Grigio.

Tasting Notes

Golden-yellow colour. The aroma is fresh and inviting, with notes of banana and passion
fruit. Savory on the palate, as terroir, with an intriguing freshness that gives drinkability and complexity. Very persistent and consistent taste to the nose.

Food pairings: Ideal with fish starters and main courses; served young in
fresh is a good aperitif, aged goes well with swordfish and mixed grilled fish.
