Very complex nose that reminds me of a steak in a hot pan. Then, with a bit of aeration, red-fruit and pepper aromas develop. Really concentrated on the full-bodied palate, but also very fresh and juicy, the beautifully crafted fine tannins complementing all this exactly. I love the sandalwood note at the very long, velvety finish.

Oh, Janus, you two-faced god. First, you hit with red raspberry and cherry aromas, then you slip in some wet slate and allspice to mix it up. Cherry, orange peel and black-pekoe tea flavors accompany firm tannins and lip-smacking tannins. I’m going to kiss you on both cheeks.
