About the Wine

The Aviary California Chardonnay is a classic California style with tropical flavors of banana, pineapple, guava, and papaya made lively with great citrus acidity balanced with soft textures and layers of pie crust, vanilla, and buttery croissant. 

This wine pairs spectacularly with a bevy of main dishes, from roast chicken to creamy seafood pasta, but would also work very nicely alongside an after-dinner cheese plate or even creme brulee. Best of all, this is a wine to enjoy by the glass with good company.
