Winery Notes

Slightly sweet white wine, 100% Chenin. Our Vouvray Tendre goes very well with a nice sandwich of rillettes, a quiche, a puff pastry of black pudding with apples, white meat with a curry or saffron fresh cream sauce, chicken colombo, creamy goat's cheese, or even sweet/savory cuisine (duck à l'orange, pork with caramel, tajine with apricots and pears). Serve between 10°C and 11°C.
