Winemaker Notes

Silvery yellow color, complex bouquet with floral and fruity notes, especially citrus fruits. Well balanced with a nice length in the mouth, a Sauvignon berry bursts with a little minerality at the end.

Ideal as an aperitif. Served at 11°C with fish, shellfish, Asian or Lebanese cuisine and more traditionally associated with Crottin de Chavignol.

To be enjoyed young to benefit from the fruitiness of this wine but can be surprising with its candied aromas after many years have passed.
