Winemaker Notes

Le Petit Chablis from Domaine Vocoret Yvon & Laurent is a dry white wine that perfectly reflects the quality and finesse of the Petit Chablis appellation in Burgundy. Made mainly from the Chardonnay grape variety, this wine has a clear and crystalline color as well as fresh and fruity aromas. We find notes of green apple, lemon, white flowers and toasted almond. On the palate, it is a fresh, lively and mineral wine, with good acidity and a clean and pleasant finish. Fine, subtle, white flower aromas, lemon aromas, pebble aromas, mineral aromas.

Pair with grilled fish, such as sea bass, served with green vegetables and a lemony sauce. Blanquette of veal, served with basmati rice or steamed potatoes.
Warm goat cheese salad, garnished with walnuts and raisins, and served with a vinaigrette made with honey and mustard.
