This is a beautiful Sauvignon Blanc. Yeasty muddled pear, honey-glazed apple tart and bread dough aromas entice the nose that is dusted with honeysuckle. The layered palate raises orchard fruit that is enriched with crushed stone and dried white blossom that lingers on the finish.

There's a suppleness to the palate of clementine and apple that's quickly shored up by a steely backbone. Offers lemon cream and hints of spices on the medium, smoky finish. Drink now. 1,200 cases imported.

Winemaker Notes

Pale green gold in color, Les Deux Tours has a very fine nose with a beautiful expression of sauvignon blanc, lemon notes, flesh of white fruits, and some fine aniseed nuances. In the mouth, a nice, supple and fruity attack, with good vivacity and a fruit-forward aromatic finish.
