Winemaker Notes

Pale pink, lychee color, clear with bright tints.  Rich and intense. Citrus notes and complex aromatics of small red fruits and redcurrant.  Balanced, fleshy and crisp, with aromatic consistency between the nose and palate. A long finish.

Ideal with seafood and shellfish but also pairs perfecty with lightly spiced dishes, Mediterranean and North African cuisine, summer salads and grilled dishes. 

Blend:  60% Grenache Noir, 20% Syrah, 14% Mourvèdre, 6% Rolle
