The Adhara wears the glass of a particularly intense ruby red, embellished with streaks and purple reflections. The smell is fruity, intense: the warm references to red fruits give way to peppery notes. It does not hide its vigor, and the taste is soft, full, well balanced and harmonious. With roast or grilled meats it is perfect, as well as paired with a seasoned cheese platter. It gives its best with the Wellington fillet. Sicilian wines have a common trait: the vigor and the expressive breadth.
Adhara is one of the brightest stars in the constellation of the Dog Major: it is no coincidence that this name was chosen for Syudo's IGT by Feudo Disisa. A distillate of the sunny Sicily, from which it inherits character and aromas of clear Mediterranean origin.
