Chichée is on a plateau near the Premier Cru Vaucoupin vineyard. Vinified and aged in tank, the wine is savory, taut, and mineral.

Chichée is on a plateau near the 1er Cru site, Vaucoupin. This is an unoaked Chablis that's textbook: mineral-driven, fresh with acidity and a white wine that you can enjoy unabashedly alongside a clam linguini.
