This vibrant crémant is bursting with energy. The wine opens with guava, gooseberry, Asian pear and starfruit along with the faintest hint of dried herbs. The palate leads with tart green apple cloaked in lemon citrus. Open for a celebration or keep for yourself.

Tasting Notes

Clean, refreshing attack with fruity and floral notes such as lime, acacia and a sense of minerality. A rounded and balanced palate, in tune with the aromas on the nose. Chenin blanc (70% of blend) dominates with its fresh fruit and finesse. The bubbles are intense and persistent.

Suitable as an aperitif, with a cheese platter (comté), dessert and “royal” with crêpes.
