"The vineyard for this wine is estimated to be at least 200 years old, which is quite an advanced age, even for Itata. It comes from the Ránquil area, in Cerro Verde, from producer Adrián Torres, whose family has been in viticulture for generations. This red wine was fermented in old clay amphorae with native yeasts and without stalks, which, added to a very gentle extraction, has undoubtedly calmed the texture, the tannins are soft for the context of the variety, the aromas are perfumed, and the fruit is fresh and red. An excellent interpretation of the variety."
