Winemaker Notes

The Baron d'Auvergne family has been in the Grand Cru village of Bouzy since 1923. This bottling is an homage to Paris and the lovely Tour Eiffel. It's made predominantly from Pinot Noir and is a luscious style of Champagne.

Blend : 80% Pinot Noir & 20% Chardonnay, 35 years old vines
