94pts James Suckling
A dense, layered Champagne with a full body and lots of creamy texture. Lovely cooked apple and pie crust. 40% pinot meunier, 30% chardonnay and 30% pinot noir. The base was 2015, but in total it contains 10 harvests. It was bottled at the beginning of 2016 and disgorged in March 2020. Four years on lees. Fantastic release. Drink or hold.

The Billecart-Salmon Brut Nature Champagne is at once rewarding and teeth-biting, as well as delicious and lasting. This wine brings a streak of minerality to the fore with its aromas and flavors. Enjoy its tantalizing stone fruit flavors and generous palate-feel with tuna tartare and a squeeze of Meyer lemon.

Firm and minerally, this tightly meshed Champagne carries delicate notes of orchard blossom, Asian pear, toast point and oyster shell on the finely detailed mousse. Drink now.
90pts Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
Billecart's newly released NV Brut Nature exhibits aromas of fresh bread, crisp orchard fruit, almond paste and ripe citrus fruit. Medium-bodied, pillowy and precise, it's crisp and bone-dry, without being in the least austere.
90pts Jeb Dunnuck
The base of the NV Champagne Brut Nature is from the 2015 vintage, with 40% from 2013 and 2014, and 15% perpetual reserve started in 2022. It pours with a light golden ad copper hue, and is fragrant with golden yellow fruits of pear, chamomile, and a touch of raw honey. There is a rounded feel up front, although it is fully dry, with more yellow apple, bruised Myer lemon, and chalky texture driving down the palate. I feel this wine will develop a bit more quickly although it is in a good place. Best after 2022.
Tasting Notes
A visual intensity of pale gold, enhanced by the clarity of a pure and sparkling ensemble. With ultra-fine, regular and plentiful bubbles which are focused towards the surface of the glass in a disciplined manner. It's the engagement of an authentic seduction, nuanced by the purity and the exact maturity of a distinct and vibrant aromatic profile (orchard fruits, fresh citrus, and small pains au lait). An ample and harmonious tactile approach, preserved by a deliciously chiseled mineral tension. A well-balanced and nicely rounded lightly sparkling sensation is strengthened by a captivating gustatory trajectory (white flesh fruits, lime trees, and almond cream.
A new definition of a refined style, it will surprise you in its complicity with the finest food and wine pairings: a veal carpaccio, grilled scallops, and citrus-marinated sashimi.
