Sensibly under screw cap, a righteous closure for this sort of pungent, mineral-infused, mid-weighted white. And very good it is, too, albeit in a more traditional, chewy mold. Orchard fruit, jasmine and a twist of tangerine peel, marking a nobly bitter finish of excellent persistence. Very good drinking. Sustainable. Drink or hold.

Winemaker Notes

Garganega 100%: The grapes are hand-harvested, and spend 6-months in stainless steal. Fresh and fruity vibrancy with notes of chamomile, peach and citrus, in which acidity plays an important role. Clean, crisp, medium-long finish, perfect with sunshine.
