From the Montmains sector itself, made in foudre. Pale lemon and lime in colour. More stone fruit than lush fruit on the nose. The riper elements of the vintage sit lightly on top of a clean classical core, with an agreeable freshness.

Winemaker Notes

This wine shows a white-gold color with green reflections. On the nose, it reveals hints of citrus, grapefruit, and anise. The palate is saline, vibrant, and dense, with bright lemony notes and a refreshing, lingering finish. It pairs beautifully with fish, seafood, and shellfish, whether grilled or served in a cream sauce, as well as poultry and white meats prepared similarly.
