Winemaker Notes

A crystal-clear cuvée with a delicate nose. Notes of tart red fruit dominate. Apricot comes through later. A great minerality stretches out the mouth with length. 

With oysters, shucker's platter, ceviche, sushi, Italian beach cuisine, Provencal vegetable cuisine, Asian cuisine and grilled fish.

Blend: 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Cinsault, 5% Rolle.
