The slightly disjointed 2022 Estate Grown Chardonnay Mitsuko's Vineyard features scents of pineapple, lime and pear on the nose, alongside hints of cottage cheese. It's only medium-bodied but plump and reasonably generous; then it turns crisp and tight on the finish.

Notes of ripe yellow apples, juicy peaches, and persimmon leap from the glass of the 2022 Chardonnay, plus touches of baking bread and toasted almonds. The medium to full-bodied palate has a pleasant oiliness to the texture offset by a lively backbone and bags of apple and stone-fruit flavors, finishing on a nutty note.
