Tasting Notes
From volcanic soils in the heart of Lapio, Clelia Romano’s 2024 Fiano offers crystalline precision and depth. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, it showcases aromas of white peach, chamomile, lemon oil, and crushed stone. The palate is structured and vibrant, with layers of orchard fruit, saline minerality, and citrus peel wrapped in firm acidity. Long, tense, and elegant, this is one of Campania’s benchmark whites—age-worthy and compelling. Perfect with grilled shellfish or buffalo mozzarella.
