92pts James Suckling
Very attractive berry, currant and fresh-tobacco aromas follow through to a medium body with a lovely center palate. Creamy and delicious. Drink or hold.
Vinous
Cuvelier's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon hails from Vista Flores, Uco Valley and was aged for 12 months in French barrels. The nose offers ripe fruit with hints of jam framed by the oak. It’s indulgent in the mouth with reactive tannins, dry extract and a monolithic palate lit up by the alcohol.
Tasting Notes
Very nice high intensity Ruby Red. Very intense and spicy, with notes of white pepper that catch. Similar characteristics to the nose, with very good texture and balance. Typical Cabernet of the Region.
About the Wine
As the years go by, until our youngest vineyards produce grapes with enough
nobility to qualify as our iconic wines, we use these grapes to produce our
Varietal range. With our cabernet sauvignon, we suggest you discover the
Mendoza version of our emblematic grape variety in Bordeaux. We produce it
with the same process and care as our Collection.
