100% Chardonnay 

Has notes of Oak, honey, citrus notes such as lemon and lime, and notes of earthy tones. This wine would pair well with pasta, salmon, shellfish, soft cheeses, and cured meats.

This comes from the northern part of Santenay. It is nearby Chassagne-Montrachet in the ripeness, richness and texture of the wine, which has flavors and aromas of honey, beeswax and lanolin, complemented by 30% new wood and more than enough acidity and freshness for balance.
