Pale hue with brilliant green highlights; Expressive nose of citrusand white fruits. Supple, fleshy palate showing savoury succulence and closely-integrated freshness.
Vineyard Notes
Menetou-Salon is a small region in the central part of the Loire Valley due west of Sancerre. It is a great source of Sauvignon Blanc in white iterations and, in this vintage, has really blown us away with the fruit profile and mineral structure. Winemaker David Girard started the domaine when he was 20 years old in 2003 and today has a mere 2 hectare of vines in this region.
