Discreet but perceptible hints of wood toast and menthol are present on the ripe black cherry and more spice-inflected aromas. There is fine volume, especially for the Hautes Côtes, on the delicious flavors that exude touches of minerality and bitter pit fruit on the lightly rustic finale. This is also quite good.
