Grapes for this wine are sourced from 60 different vineyard lots. Aged in French oak, it goes through 85% malolactic fermentation and then is further aged sur lie. Scents of lemon toffee and white flowers lift from the glass as rich and creamy notes of chamomile and salted pears emerge on the palate. Joining accents of mango and crème brûlée, vanilla wafers weigh in mid-palate. Vibrant!
