Hailing from the same region as Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, and Touraine, this vibrant, crisp and mineral 100% Sauvignon Blanc is a fantastic value. The bright lemon/lime citrus and stone fruit notes make this a perfect pairing with fresh seafood, sushi, or even as an aperitif on its own. Pale lemon in color, with green tints near the edges. Fresh, ripe, citrus fruit bursts from the glass alongside clean-cut grass, oceanside minerality, and just-ripe peaches and pineapples. After a few minutes, the fruit softens a touch. Mouthwateringly juicy on the palate, this crisp and fresh thirst-quencher is a perfect pairing for oysters on the half-shell, scallops, or grilled veggies. Drink now–2025.
