Winemaker Notes

The 2020 Dogliani Pianezzo is bright, racy, and full of energy. This unique Dolcetto features red-tending black fruits, with a luscious vinous quality and velvety finish in a charming package. Blood orange, mint, red cherry, pomegranate, and crushed rocks lend striking vibrancy. In 2020, the Pianezzo is especially fine. 

This wine pairs great with black-pepper seasoned dishes.
