The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is restrained, textured and precise. Aromatically, it has pared-back notes of lemongrass, pineapple and nettle. A lees-derived texture enrichens its palate weight and lends a little pastry flavor. This fades rather quickly.

Lemon thyme, basil and fresh lemon-lime flavors, plus a touch of pomelo, are harmonious and plump on a juicy frame. Notes of peach and candied ginger linger on the finish. Drink now. 28,000 cases made, 17,000 cases imported.

The 2024 Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc displays intense lifted aromas of lemongrass, fresh blackcurrant buds and ripe grapefruit. The palate introduces delightful lime zest flavours with mouth-watering intensity finishing with a strong textural component.
