Oktoberfest is around the corner. Which means, delicious seasonal beers! Be they light, crushable Festbiers or malty, amber Marzens, brewers dedicate a few tanks to making these delicious beers every March. They are made in limited amounts to be drunk in large quantities, the last week of September and the first week of October. With such a short window, these beers never last on the shelf for long. But, we've nabbed bunches, so we can share them with you and are throwing our own Oktoberfest to celebrate them in style!
Weihenstaphaner is the oldest commercial brewery in the world at nearly 1,000 years old, they'll be here showing off the original Bavarian festbier. But, American brewers love these classic styles as well. So, we'll have a host of craft breweries tasting you on their own interpretations as well, including local favorites, such as Magnanimous, Motorworks and Green Bench! Join us Wednesday September 25th, for German food, music and of course beer!
