Smooth and softly textured, with chalky nuances and grippy black cherry, strawberry and blackcurrant leaf aspects giving structure and body. Succulent and juicy with mouthwatering freshness. Great vibrancy and drive with life. Super approachable with the same vein of refinement and charm that Figeac does so well.

The second wine of this great estate, the 2019 Petit-Figeac offers a vivid purple hue to go with a great nose of black raspberry and mulberry fruits supported by notes of tobacco, flowers, cedar pencil, and Asian spices. This plump, ripe, medium to full-bodied effort has a round, expansive mouthfeel, sweet tannins, and just loads of up-front charm. It's beautifully done and well worth seeking out. It's going to evolve for 10-15 years.

The 2019 Petit-Figeac is a fabulous second wine. Bright and effusive, the 2019 is positively stellar. This blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot exudes class. Sweet floral and spice accents lift a core of pliant fruit in this engaging Saint-Émilion. The 2019 is flat-out gorgeous.
