A vibrant nose of lime curd, kumquat, passion fruit, lichee, rambutan, and starfruit is accentuated by a whisper of flint and wet stone. The palate is pretty, round, and balanced, featuring dried mango, pineapple, passionfruit, starfruit, sweet yellow cherry, stone fruit, with hints of agave and sugar cane, culminating in a deliciously long finish.
