What’s so funny about...? 

Sooooo we’re doing barrel tastings to figure out which bar rels will go into particular blends... three barrels were in a  row; the Petit Verdot, Merlot, and Malbec... figured, let’s  see what these do together... lo’ and behold - a new blend  was made... soooo good we had to share! 

Blackberries with background hints of dried chanterelles  and black licorice. Cinnamon, cloves, cola bean, and vanilla  bean pod... Great depth and integrated tannins...  

Blend: 1/3 Petit Verdot, 1/3 Merlot, and 1/3 Malbec
