Winemaker Notes
This 2015 J. Schram Rosé opens with tantalizing aromas of peach, apricot, plum, and fresh fig, interlaced with marzipan, baking spices, ginger, honey, and vanilla chiffon. The palate presents a juicy entry of mango, cherry, and orange cream, with a bright center and finishes with hints of brioche and graham cracker. A balanced and lingering finish completes the tasting experience.
J. Schram Rosé is the epitome of grace, style and elegance in a glass. It lends itself to be served as an apéritif, with a first course or with a light main course. Fresh crab, scallop ceviche, seared swordfish, roasted poultry, or braised pork loin are all well-suited pairings.
Blend: 61% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir
