Sumarroca 2CV Inalterat Brut Nature 2023 (no added sulfites) is an organic cava made with 100% Xarel·lo grapes, with no added sulfites . It undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is aged for approximately 12 months . It stands out for its natural and minimalist character, with intense aromas of stone fruit and apple, a full body, and a long, refreshing finish that reflects the purity of the Sumarroca terroir.
