A pure, textured pinot grigio showing hints of hot stones and tarragon to the melon and green apples. Fresh, medium-bodied and nicely dry and pithy. A very good example of nice pinot grigio neutrality.

The 2022 Pinot Grigio is remarkably pretty, with a slightly tropical mix of citrus and melon complemented by exotic florals. This opens with a pleasant inner sweetness neatly balanced by lime-tinged orchard fruits and zesty acidity. It finishes spicy and crisply refreshing, leaving hints of candied ginger to linger. The 2022 is a pleasure to taste.

Winemaker Notes

This Pinot Grigio brings the alpine freshness factor to the glass! It is pale yellow in colour, shows expressive nose of flowers and fruit of pear and peach. Flavour is delicate, full, rich in extract and fresh.

This wine pairs well with dishes based on mushrooms, fish and seafood; recommended as an aperitif.

This is a richly styled Pinot Grigio produced from low-yielding vineyards in the Alto Adige DOC. The vineyards, located at the foothills of the Dolomite mountains, enjoy warm days and cool nights which preserve the wine’s acidity and freshness to produce a well-balanced wine.
