About the Bubbles
A rare and very cool magnum this comes direct from Veuve Clicquot cellar. This is a late disgorged (2019) version of the vintage gold label coming from a top vintage in champagne, 2002.
Limited edition for the 250th anniversary. This exceptional vintage cuvée pays tribute to Madame Clicquot and her visionary intuition. The rare aromatic richness of this wine, which is the result of extended aging on lees with recent degorgement, is a celebration of our art of aging.
The wines matured for more than 15 years on lees and were disgorged in 2019. The 2002 vintage is the 63rd vintage since 1810, when Madame Clicquot created the first vintage champagne.
Blend: 60% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay, 7% Meunier
