Winemaker Notes

Bright straw yellow color with golden reflections, slightly sparkling. Intense aroma of ripe yellow fruit (peaches, apricots), floral notes (rose petals) and ginger. Sweet and delicate on the palate, with modest acidity, good balance and complexity. Fresh apricot finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, fruit and creamy desserts, dry pasta, blue cheeses, lobster.
