A bright, fruity perfume of watermelon Jolly Rancher, lime leaf and orange oil opens, with a mineral underbelly, like a river running beneath the surface. Aromas flow to flavors. The melon is less confected here thanks to a streak of lovely acidity. There's some richness and a roundness but always drinkability. This is a top weeknight wine for Chard lovers.

Canned syrupy peach and fermentative, estery aromas mark the nose. Light-weighted of feel, with a hollow mid-palate and bags of acid marking the hard finish. Drink or hold. Screw cap.

Winemaker's Notes

Pale golden straw color. On the nose, white nectarine, fresh citrus and orange blossoms. The palate is crisp and energetic displaying citrus notes of meyer lemon, white grapefruit and lemon rind with lovely papaya edges.
