Winemaker Notes
It's always a very special aroma when tasting a Chardonnay from Puligny-Montrachet. A hint of reduction, delicate fruit from a rich terroir in the form of spice and minerality. A little more melting and therefore creamier, with a hint of yellow fruit and plenty of citrus freshness. Wonderfully balanced with acidity, making the wine a true delicacy. Here, too, the use of oak is still clearly evident in its youth, but with a truly noble signature.
