Winemaker Notes

The 2023 was one of the best harvests in recent memory and this wine exudes all the virtues of the vintage. The nose opens with aromas of Asian pear, lime leaf, mandarin, and fresh pineapple. The palate is fresh and vibrant and shows notes of tropical fruit, lemongrass, grapefruit, and mango.

It is a refreshing wine that is great on its own and pairs well with shellfish, seafood, chicken, salad, and light pasta dishes.

Blend: 98% Sauvignon Blanc, 2% Sémillon
