Ash, white pepper, paprika, sour berries and cherries on the nose. Linear, sappy and austere in nature, but so fresh and expressive. Almost zesty. A wine that shows the place. Fermented in concrete tanks and aged in foudres. Drink from 2025.

Expresses a great herbal character with notes of fresh red fruits. Lively acidity and subtlety of tannins in the mouth.
