This blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir produced in the méthode Champenoise comes in at a low 12% ABV. The tiny bubbles leave behind refreshingly clean notes of apple pie, peanut brittle, and lemon chiffon. Nicely balanced, with a finish of apricot and biscuit.
