Our first release of Stargazing Chardonnay captures the essence of California sunshine and coastal fog, a true expression of the Sonoma Coast. It opens with inviting aromas of ripe pear, yellow apple, and bright mandarin, layered with delicate honeysuckle, hints of pineapple, and a touch of toasted almond. On the palate, it is rich yet vibrant, offering lush stone fruit, baked apple, and creamy citrus curd, wrapped in a smooth, rounded texture that reflects both sun-kissed ripeness and cool-climate precision. A gentle note of caramelized citrus adds depth, while the finish remains lively, balanced, and persistent—echoing the interplay of warmth and fog that defines this charming Chardonnay.
